Grade R is the first year of our national curriculum.  It is an essential step in preparing the child for formal learning.

Have I got the time?

• The required learning time is approximately 50 hours spread out over the year.
• We recommend 15 minutes a day during the week or longer on the weekend or holidays if you have not had time.
• It is important to be flexible to create a stress-free relaxed learning environment.
• The program is not to be seen as extra homework but an experience to be shared in your child's holistic development.
